Day 42 of 1000: The midlife horizon

The midlife horizon, when a person’s attention turns to the present, but also to what she might leave behind when she’s gone.

Working on my writing, both recording present day events and writing a narrative essay about a ring I received as a gift ten years ago.

I feel a bit of burnout, with my art and my writing. Perhaps it’s time to challenge myself to improve.

My attempt to mechanistically pursue business creation feels wrong to me. Instead, I’m inspired by a message from The Star, a card from the Tarot.

Scrapping the 100-day project and starting something bigger.
